The American Foundation for the Blind (AFB) is a national nonprofit working to expand possibilities for people with vision loss. Their website offers a message board for discussion.
American Health Assistance Foundation
A program of the American Health Assistance Foundation, funds glaucoma and macular degeneration research, and provides the public with cornea and ocular disease support through information about risk factors, prevention, treatments, resources and coping strategies.

The Foundation Fighting Blindness
