Holiday Eye Donor Memorials

 

The holidays are a time to share traditions, events, and create memories with our loved ones, which often will remind us of those who are no longer with us and great memories of holidays past. In honor of our eye donors and their legacy, Southern Eye Bank participates in a variety of memorials, ceremonies and celebrations to remember our loved ones:

Dec. 3 – Tree of Life Celebration – Lafayette General Medical Center

Dec. 7 – Candlelight Ceremony at Lafayette General Medical Center, Brick dedication for La Place de Vie

Dec. 8 – Tree of Life Celebration – Lake Charles Memorial Hospital

Visiting City Park’s Celebration in the Oaks or Treasure Chest Casino during this holiday season? Look out for Southern Eye Bank’s memorial Christmas Trees dedicated to those who donated the Gift of Sight.
